S&D Construction and Maintenance, Inc. was established in 2011 by Carlos Azevedo, after years spent working alongside custom home and pool builders. When he set out on his own, he named the company after his oldest two sons — S&D isn't a corporate acronym, it's a family name.
From the beginning, the goal was simple: cut out the middleman that drives up costs on custom outdoor projects, and treat every job like it's being done for family.

The team behind S&D brings over two decades of combined experience across concrete, hardscape, and indoor/outdoor tile work. That range is why we're comfortable handling both sides of the business — building a brand-new paver patio from scratch, and diagnosing why a driveway slab has settled and sunk.
We're a fully licensed and insured company, and we walk every client through the problem and the options before we talk price, so there are no surprises partway through the job.
