We used to run two separate websites for our two service lines — that stops here. Everything we do lives under one roof now.
S&D Construction and Maintenance, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Carlos Azevedo, after years of experience working alongside custom home and pool builders. The company's name comes from his oldest two sons — it's been a family operation from day one.

The team brings over 20 years of combined experience in concrete, hardscape, and indoor/outdoor tile work, so whether the job is a brand-new paver patio or leveling a sunken driveway slab, it's handled in-house — no subcontracting out the parts we're not sure about.
